Εξοικονομώ – Αυτονομώ is the third cycle of the co-financed program Saving at Home. It is the new program for energy upgrading and housing autonomy. This year it includes a strengthened budget, increased subsidy rates an expanded range of eligible Installations, and a goal to maximize the benefit in terms of energy savings.

ELIGIBLE HOUSES

A house ( house, apartment building or individual apartment) is eligible if:

Used as a main residence.
It is legal
It has been classified based on the Energy Performance Certificate in a category lower than or equal to C.
Not deemed to be demolished.

ELIGIBLE INSTALLATIONS

1. Replacement of door and windows

2. Installation / Replacement of thermal Insulation

3. Upgrading of Heating - Cooling System

The removal of petrol burners with the relevant tanks is also considered an eligible Installation.
Eligibility of petrol burners is not allowed.

4. Hot Water System with RES

Mandatory installation for cases where there is no system installed.

5. Installation of Energy Autonomy

5.1 Power generation systems from RES

Eligible only if the house is upgraded, with the main energy saving interventions in energy category at least B +
Eligible Installation of PV station only to cover the demand (net metering).

5.2 Storage Systems

Eligible only as an additional Installation in the installation of a new PV station.

Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructures

7. Smart Home Installations (Smart Home)

Digital Systems and Technologies that contribute to energy savings.

Smart Lighting (eg smart sockets, low power LED lighting)
Intelligent management devices of the Heating - Cooling system (eg smart thermostats)
Remote Control Devices (eg smart leak, humidity sensors)
